Zephyr onDemand focuses on providing unique reports and documentation to financial services firms.
Objective
Zephyr wanted an updated look for their single page website and some new copy to engage prospective customers.
Solution
I worked with the Manager of the company to get a better understanding of how the company wanted to relate to their customers. Most customers used the Zephyr reports to recruit new investors and report to their clients about how their investments were being managed.
We decided to focus on the story the reports were telling instead of on the content and how it was generated. This more conceptual approach was meant to elevate the status of the reports – to tap into the idea that the reports were not just filling a need for technical data but helping to tell an engaging and worthwhile story about the status of client investments.
